August 22, 2024 we had a negotiation update General Membership meeting at Greece Town Park. At this GM Meeting, we gave out the stats on the Survey's, we will be sending these out via email by the end of August 26th week.
We have met with the County 3 times so far.
On our first Package Proposal - we have only 7 items left to review. We either are waiting for information from the County or we have some information to give them.
The Union has given the County the rest of the proposals - which are the compensation package and the section package.
We are meeting again on 9/16/24 starting at 10 am and going til 5 pm.
We are in a good place and we are further than we were at the last negotiations in the previous years.
